Interior Masonry Walls
• Quick, easy installation.
• New or retrofit applications.
• Moisture resistant.
• Long-term performance.
RayLite insulation can be applied to interior masonry or concrete
walls with several attachment techniques. RayLite is used with
either "Z" channel furring, wood furring strips, or several
formed metal strip systems. RayLite is also available as StyroStud
with integral wood furring strips. StyroStuds are available with
16" or 24" o.c. furring strips. |
Stucco/Exterior Finish Insulation
• New or retrofit applications.
• Excellent moisture resistance.
• Low maintenance.
• Reduces air infiltration.
Exterior insulation systems are an ideal way to completely wrap a
building in a durable insulation package that eliminates air and water
infiltration. Tough stucco or EFIS finishes over RayLite aged
board insulation (ABI) provide an attractive, low maintenance building
finish. RayLite ABI may be cut into many special shapes for use as
cornices, arches, columns, or virtually any shape you can dream of. |
Masonry Cavity Walls
• Resists moisture penetration.
• Fits tightly between ties.
• Easy to cut and install.
• Long-term insulating value.
RayLite can be used to provide a durable insulation barrier between
inner and outer cavity walls. RayLite is available in 16",
24", and 48" x 96" size boards. Simply impale the
RayLite insulation on wall ties or use spot adhesives as outer wall is
laid up. Maintain 1/2" air space between RayLite and outer
wall for optimum moisture resistance. |
Roofing Insulation
• Thermal efficient, low cost
insulation.
• Excellent long-term R-values.
• Tapered for positive drainage.
• Compatible
with many membrane systems.
• U.L. listed, FM approved.
RayLite is an excellent choice for roofing applications. It has
superior long-term thermal and moisture characteristics and can be
tapered to provide positive slope to drain. DiversiFoam Products
